Become A Foster
Do you love dogs but can't commit to one long term right now? Then fostering may be for you! Fostering is the first stepping stone after a dog is rescued before they go to their furever homes.
As a foster, your role is to provide love, comfort, patience, and a temporary home for your foster dog(s). Many dogs that we rescue were neglected in some way and need that foster time to warm up, trust, learn to love and be loved, and get some basic training before they go into their furever homes.
We provide everything you need (supplies and food)
You MUST be 21 or older to foster
If you are a student foster, you need parental consent
You MUST have consent from your landlord if you rent
The landlord WILL be contacted for approval
Have ALL dogs and cats in the home spayed/neutered if they are 6 months or older unless there are medical reasons for not doing so (must provide paperwork)
Have ALL dogs in the home up to date on vaccinations
Send a video walkthrough of all areas of the house, indoor AND outdoor.
